1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on ba995 at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. ba995 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, any outstanding balances forfeited, and the Player barred from future registration.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. ba995 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment method details via any channel, including email, live chat, WhatsApp, or phone.

You must notify ba995 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ba995 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your login credentials.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes

8. Prohibited Conduct

All content on the ba995 Platform — including but not limited to the ba995 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content supplied under licence from third-party providers — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ba995.

10. Privacy & Data
